I initially purchased two of these Everse 12 speakers, one for smaller private parties (30-50 people), and then another. I was completely impressed with the first one, particularly the build quality, the DSP display, and the sound. The speaker can be customized to my preferences, and the sound is clean and quite powerful. When used in a stereo pair, the sound is even better, and you can really enjoy a good party. The music also cuts through well at more casual gatherings. However, I plan to purchase a subwoofer as well, because more is always better, and this will allow the Everse 12 to be used more effectively. The built-in battery is also a nice feature; I can't give a precise estimate of the battery life, but after an evening of listening at a high volume, I still had plenty of power left. Overall, I highly recommend these speakers. Also, the support from Musix is excellent! The delivery was extremely fast, and my emails regarding a suitable subwoofer were answered thoroughly. Excellent!
