C. Zufferey, June 14, 2019 The Musix sales advisor, David Caraccio, is a true guitar/keyboard specialist. He is very helpful and highly competent. Furthermore, he always responds in a very professional manner. If he doesn't have the information, he will inquire with the distributors. In short, an excellent advisory service. Regarding the product, I find that the quality of the Casio Privia SX-3000 electric piano is simply exceptional! I find the touch to be very good, it offers an impressive number of good sounds, and the sound system is excellent! The only downside is that the LCD display is too small. However, my daughter connected it to her iPhone, and the free Casio software that allows you to manage the Casio settings or record songs (such as Synthesia) are truly excellent. I would definitely buy this piano again, which is excellent. A product I would recommend!
