It's a good pedal for the money.  That said, there are much better reverb pedals out there, but they are much more expensive.  If you really want a nuanced reverb with great sound quality, I would not buy this pedal.  If you are just starting out and don't know what you really want, but need a reverb pedal - this is a very good choice.

TC Electronic Hall of Fame 2 Mini

Das Konzept ist bestechend: eigene Presets oder Presets von bekannten Musikern auf vier Fusschaltern speichern, wobei jeder Fusschalter zwei Presets speichern kann, total acht. Als Basis für die eigenen Presets stehen 10 Halltypen zur Verfügung, die massgeschneidert und dann auf sechs Speicherplätzen gesichert werden können. Die Presets, die hier Toneprints genannt werden, können über  Mobiltelefon und Gitarre auf das Pedal geladen werden. Das ist nachvollziehbar und elegant gelöst. 
Das Konzept ist aber komplexer als man im ersten Moment meint. Die Anpassungen der Presets erfolgt über einen grafischen Bildschirm und setzt ziemlich viel akustisches Wissen voraus. Wenn ich einen der vielen Parameter verändere, weiss ich nicht wirklich, wie sich das auf den Ton auswirkt. Ich bin heillos überfordert mit der Anpassung der Presets. Die Tone Prints, eigentlich eine gute Sache, verkommen damit zum frustrierenden Ärgernis. 
Leider findet man auf der Home Page und auf Youtube von TC keine brauchbaren Anleitungen. Viele Links führen hier ins Leere. Die Server von TC sind extrem langsam. TC kennt offensichlich das Wort 'After Sales Service' nicht.

Qualité - Prix - et très pratique

Really happy with this little pedal. Honestly, I have not explored everything about it since it has so much to offer, i.e. MASH feature, tone print, etc. but out-of-the-box, I personally like the sound it gives and the differences between the presets. It might be the last in my pedal chain but definitely not the last when it comes to sound.

Für E-Gitarre durchaus eine Alternative. Aber zusammen mit einer Pedal Steel Guitar sind doch gegenüber meinen Favoriten RV5 / RV6 Abstriche zu machen. Für Pedal Steel Guitar keine bedingungslose Empfehlung.

Suono molto ampio e profondo. Peccato non sia programmabile ma ci si può abituare e trovare i settaggi minimi per il palco.

TC Electronic Hall of Fame 2 X4

Die Hallpresets sind im Vergleich zu Digitech Polara eher etwas statisch und treffen nicht immer meinen Geschmack. Der Level Regler-weg ist nicht gut dosierbar, zuerst kommt lange nichts, dann passiert in engem Bereich zu viel.
Aber: Da gibt es den Tonprint Editor, mit dem man ungeahnt viele Parameter editieren kann plus die Toneprint-Presets der Cracks. Da kann man mehrere Parameter einem Regler zuweisen und sogar obengenannter Level Regelweg lässt sich nun schön in einer Kurve einstellen.
Somit kommt man zum Traum-Reverb vom allerfeinsten, Speicherbar auf 3 Plätzen im Gerät. Die Kill-Dry Funktion ist auch sehr nützlich, wenn man den Effekt einschleifen will. Ach hier gilt: Synthesizer ohne Effekte profitieren erheblich.

Tönt einfach fantastisch.
Viele Sounds, die sich effektiv einstellen lassen.

Sehr vielseitig. Ton ist sehr gut und Preis günstig. Tone Print über Computer praktisch für schnelle und gute Einstellungen.

Reverb HOF 2

Anscheinend einer der besten Reverb-Effektpedale. Vielfältig und sogar ergänzbar mit zusätzlichen Reverb-Töne, einfach universelles Reverb.

Fabuleuse

Ich bin total zufrieden mit dem Ding. Es lässt sich leicht bedienen und hat viele Hall und Reverb Grundsounds. 
Mit dem iPhone kann man sicher noch viel mehr rausholen und eigene Sounds kreieren, ich bin aber ein old schooler und brauche nur einen Hall, aber den möchte ich so, wie ich ihn will und das ist bei diesem Gerät der Fall.
Klein aber fein.

Amazing value for this digital reverb, a lot of possible settings &amp; solutions and also the toneprint. Can hold the ground even against some of his more expensive colleagues.

Very nice

Sehr schöner Hall, eignet sich hervorragend auch für akustische Gitarren (macht den manchmal etwas kantigen Sound von Piezo-Abnehmern ein bisschen weicher). Sollte nicht an den Anschlag gefahren werden, sonst gibt's Plastik-Sound... das dürfte aber bei allen kleinen und modernen Reverbs der Fall sein.
Idealerweise mit Netzadapter zu betreiben - säuft ordentlich Strom und der Batteriewechsel ist nicht ganz so fix zu erledigen wie bei anderen Pedalen.
Insgesamt aber top.

Sehr guter Hall, auch für akustische Gitarren

Ich  verwende es als Hallgerät zum singen. Handliches Gerät wenn nicht genügend Platz vorhanden ist.

Sounds can be edited directly within the Tone Print Editor from your computer giving endless possibilities of creating your 'own' reverb. 

True reverb

Je dirai très peu pour cette pédale de chez T.C.Electronics car je l'ai peu essayée. Placée en ligne directe après votre instrument j'ai trouvé que l'on n'avait pas un immense rendu. Je pense que cet effet doit être placé dans la boucle d'effets pour être réellement efficace et donner son rendu optimal.

Hall of Fame

Questo è un pedale molto versatile, suono chiaro e trasparente, molte possibilità di regolazione, ben costruito. Probabilmente sul mercato c'è anche di meglio ma questo ha un rapporto qualità prezzo imbattibile. Nella mia pedaliera è sempre in funzione e consiglio di perderci un po' di tempo per capire le sue possibilià e come regolarlo al meglio. Soddisfazione garantita!!

Eine kleine Wunderbox mit sehr vielen möglichkeiten und einem natürlichen klang.

Ich verwende das HFR in der Effektschlaufe meines einkanaligen Röhrenamps. Es verleiht dem Klang mehr Räumlichkeit. Die einzelnen Presets klingen gut bis sehr gut. Die Regelmöglichkeiten sind ausreichend und nicht überfordernd. Gehört für mich - neben einem guten Overdrive - zu den 'must have'-Effekten.
