D'Addario Woodwinds RESERVE reeds for alto saxophone are the first products produced using D'ADDARIO's revolutionary digital cutting technology. They are obtained exclusively from cane wood that grows close to the ground. The cutout of the leaves is measured digitally and also cut digitally with high precision. This revolutionary technology is able to look at each individual sheet individually and calculate the optimal cut using a computer. This means that differences in the growth of the blanks can be compensated for. The design of the Reserve blades has not changed compared to before.
