The transparent and natural sound of the OC microphones, which has been highly praised by press and users worldwide, is the result of the combination of the patented CKR capsule, handcrafted in Vienna and the "Open Acoustics" design approach developed by Austrian Audio . The OC16 is extremely robust and equipped with the CKR6 ceramic capsule. The capsule is suspended from three elastic points in the microphone. This reduces interference from structure-borne noise to a minimum, so that the microphone can also be used without a tripod. Ideal for hanging the OC16 on a cable in front of a guitar amp, for example. Whether brass instruments, loud percussion instruments or directly on the guitar amplifier.
